Needs a few extras

The app is nice because it allows for 5, 10 & 15 minute cardio sessions with 30 different exercises. The user can pick easy, medium or hard levels of cardio & the app will piece together one minute sessions for your allotted time frame of 5, 10 or 15 minutes. Another plus is that you can also pick your own exercises as well. I enjoy this app because I can get up in the AM & get a quick cardio session in to boost my metabolism through the day. The negative to the app is there are no sound cues so as an exercise starts it runs for one minute & then switches to the next exercise with no alert. So, you need your phone to be directly in front of u to keep up with the time. My best thought would be to buy a stop watch & start it in sequence with this app. I would give the app 5 stars if there were a few additional exercises & alert tones added.

I never knew this app existed. Great app to have when trying to get into shape
